Construction cost per square meter depends on design and specs. For reference, a 581 m² warehouse on a 700 m² lot may cost around $8.5 million MXN, with flexible payment plans and financing available.
Yes. We offer flexible financing with down payments from 30% and up to 12 monthly payments during the construction process. We can also assist you in leasing your warehouse after completion.
